What is the statute of limitations for medical bills in Oklahoma?
I just received a bill for the welfare of the child to see my son for over two years (July 2008). The doctor filed the claim with the wrong insurance company first and not get the correct payment insurance company until a year later (July 2009). The bill you received today is the first contact I have received during this visit (more than a year after the complaint was filed), even if we were in the office several times since '08. Am I responsible for the entire balance, even if none had any contact from them?
